| The theory of “qi alternation” originated from the seven articles of luck，which is a discussion of human physiology and pathology from the holistic view of heaven and man. The lungs communicate with the weather and are the organs most closely connected with the outside world in the human body，so it is of great significance to discuss the physiological and pathological changes of lung function from the “qi alternation”. This article discusses the different years of luck from the era of peace and mutation，combined with the role of victory qi，rejuvenation qi and depressed qi，or cool and dry early cloth，or fire qi，or cold and hot qi，or Jinde extension，can lead to corresponding lesions of lung function. From the perspective of “qi alternation”，the physiological and pathological changes of the lungs in the pattern of the five fortunes will be discussed，in order to enrich the connotation of lung function changes in the relationship betweenheaven and man. |
