Abstract
|
[Objective] To select and determine the items of the “phlegm-dampness constitution intervention effect evaluation scale(PDC-IES)”. [Methods] Based on literature research and analysis,a pool of items was constructed for PDC-IES. Initial items were determined according to the frequency of items, group discussion, and clinical experience, and an expert survey questionnaire was formed. Base on Delphi method,19 relevant and experienceed experts were selected for expert survey, and statistical analysis was conducted to sclect the items. [Results] The expert positivity coefficient and authority coefficient in 2 round survey were 100% and 0.935. After the first round of expert survey, one item among the 11 items was modified, and one item was added, and 12 items for the second roundsurvey. After the second round, the mean value(MV)>3.5 and the full score ratio(FSR)>0.2 of the 12 items. [Conclusion] The 12 items for PDC-IES were selected base on literature research and Delphi method, all of which have well representativeness and reliability, and can be used as items for evaluating the intervention effect of phlegm-damp. |
