| [Objective] To observe the effect of Chinese patent medicine Danlong oral liquid on pulmonary interstitial fibrosis in mice，and compare its effect with that of Western medicine pirfenidone，so as to explore the curative effect of Danlong oral liquid on pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and the possible mechanism. [Methods] The Kunming mouse model of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis was established by bleomycin nasal drip method. The 14 days after the model was made，the mice were given intragastric administration and treated for 28 days. The general condition，lung function，lung histological staining，hydroxyproline （HYP） and profibrotic factor levels of mice were observed. [Results] Danlong oral liquid showed similar or better level than pirfenidone in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. In weight changes and general conditions，the treatment of PCM was better than that of Western medicine，and the improvement of lung function level was similar to that of Western medicine. The results of HE staining showed that the effect of Chinese patent medicine on alveolar inflammation was similar to that of Western medicine. Masson staining showed that western medicine was better than proprietary Chinese medicine. The expression levels of profibrotic factor in HYP in lung tissue，serum and alveolar lavage fluid were similar between the two groups. [Conclusion] Danlong oral liquid can play a certain role in the prevention and treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis in mice，which is related to inhibiting lung tissue inflammation and reducing the level of pro-fibrotic factors. |
