Abstract
|
Myocardial energy metabolism disorder is an important feature of heart failure, improving myocardial energy metabolism has become a crucial means of prevention and treatment of heart failure. Traditional Chinese medicine has shown unique advantages in terms of improving myocardial energy metabolism by virtue of its concept of syndrome differentiation and multi-target comprehensive regulation. The occurrence and development of heart failure stem from the struggle between antipathogenic qi and pathogenic factors and the syndrome type of heart failure is healthy qi deficiency and pathogenic qi excess. Dysfunction of myocardial energy metabolism can be regarded microscopically as a manifestation of healthy qi deficiency. Therefore, based on the “theory of antipathogenic qi and pathogenic factors” and the basic principle of “reinforce healthy qi to eliminate pathogenic factors”,it’s of great significance for treating heart failure determining methods and selecting prescriptions to improve myocardial energy metabolism. |
