| Abstract

| Allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome was officially proposed by the world allergic organization(WAO) in 2004 as the same airway and the same disease. The disease is a complex disease，and allergic rhinitis and asthma affect each other，and the treatment is difficult. According to the pathogenesis characteristics of CARAS，it is considered that the invasion of internal and external wind，deficiency of lung，spleen and kidney and allergic constitution are the main factors of CARAS. In the treatment，the methods of dispelling wind as the guide，tonifying lung，spleen and kidney as the basis，and regulating and nursing physique as the goal are used to treat CARAS. |
