Abstract

As the main technique of the one-finger-massage school of tuina,one-finger-pushing has unique operating characteristics and biological effects. The article reviews the research from two perspectives of the one-finger-pushing Technique,firstly,the operational parameters of the technique covering the force,frequency,three-dimensional movement,surface electromyography,and quantitative effect studies,and secondly,the related mechanism of action of the technique in the treatment of internal and maternal miscellaneous diseases,spleen and stomach diseases,and orthopedic and bone injury diseases,to provide a reference for the standardized research and clinical application of this technique. |
