Identification of chemical constituents in Guanxinjing based on UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS technology

Abstract
    [Objective] To rapidly analyze and identify the chemical constituents of Guanxinjing. [Methods] Based on UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS technology,the chemical constituents in Guanxinjing were systematically characterized and identified by their characteristic fragments and neutral losses. [Results] A total of 96 major constituents including 29 terpenoids,29 organic acids,11 phthalides, 13 flavonoids,and 14 other constituents were identified by compared the accurate mass measurements and secondary mass spectrometry fragment ions,and combined with the literature report and the reference. [Conclusion] This method can quickly and accurately analyze the chemical constituents of Guanxinjing,which provides a theoretical basis for the quality control and pharmacodynamic substances research of Guanxinjing.
