Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the effect of Baihe Gujin Decoction combined with linezolid on lung function and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. [Methods] A randomized numerical table method was used to divide 160 patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 into the western medicine group(80 cases) and the combination group(80 cases). Among them, patients in the Western medicine group were given linezolid on the basis of conventional treatment;the combination group was given Baihe Gujin Decoction on the basis of the Western medicine group. The efficacy of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis patients after treatment, lung function,T-lymphocyte subpopulations before and after treatment, and adverse reactions during treatment were compared and analyzed. [Results] The total clinical effectiveness rate of the combination group(95.00%) was significantly higher than that of the Western medicine group(80.00%) after treatment(P<0.05);compared with the same group before treatment, the lung function indexes peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),first second expiratory volume with exertion(FEV1),and lung function exertion volume with exertion(FVC) of the two groups were significantly higher(P<0.05);the pulmonary function indexes PEF,FEV1,and FVC were significantly higher than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05);the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were significantly higher than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were significantly higher than those in the western medicine group in the combined group after treatment(P<0.05);during the treatment period, the adverse reactions in the combined group incidence rate(2.50%) was significantly lower than the incidence rate of adverse reactions(11.25%) in the western drug group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The therapeutic effect of Baihe Gujin Decoction combined with linezolid in patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis is remarkable, which can effectively improve patients’ lung function, regulate patients’ T-lymphocyte subpopulations, and has a high safety profile.
