Abstract
|
[Objective] To determine the process prescription for the preparation of Betulinol nano-emulsion. [Methods] Pseudo-ternary phase diagram method was used to screen the nano-emulsion prescription. The preparation process parameters were optimized using one-factor screening and effect surface method(Box-Behnken). [Results] The optimal prescription of betulinol nano-emulsion was:m(isopropyl myristate)∶m(tween 80)∶m(glycerol)∶m(distilled water)=15.38%∶20.51%∶41.03%∶23.08%. The optimum prescription process was:stirring temperature 53 ℃,stirring speed 1 050 r/min,stirring time 6.2 min. [Conclusion] The determined prescription process was stable and simple,reproducible,and produced nanoemulsions with high drug loading capacity. |
