| Summarizing the clinical experience of Professor YAN Shiyun in the diagnosis and treatment of rosacea. Based on the perspective of “gan zhe，gan ye”，it is believed that the liver meridian is overheated and the wei qi is out of control is an important pathogenetic factor of rosacea，and the key pathogenetic mechanism of rosacea is wind-heat in the lung meridian，the spleen dampness and heat，and the deficiency of qi and blood stasis，so the treatment is to clear the lungs and expel heat，clear heat and relieve dampness，and replenish the qi to eliminate the stasis of qi so that the treatment will be carried through by dredging the liver qi，and replenishing the wei qi. The main medicine is to clear heat and dredge the liver，supplemented by pills and pills of Chinese medicine，according to the principle of diagnosis and treatment，rigorously combining the formula，to achieve synergistic effect of medicine，qi，and blood and harmony. |
