| Abstract
|
| [Objective] Bibliometrics and knowledge mapping methods are used to analyze the current research status and hotspots of Zang-fu massage and to explore its development trend. [Methods] We searched the Chinese and English literature on research related to Zang-fu massage from January 1,2003 to July 1,2024 in the China Knowledge Network(CNKI) and Web of Science Core Collection database(WOS). CiteSpace 6.1.R6,VOSviewer 1.6.19,and Origin 2021 software were used to visualize and analyze the literature through author and institutional collaboration networks, keyword co-occurrence,keyword timeline, keyword emergence, and co-citation. [Results] A total of 869 articles in Chinese literature,99 articles in English literature, the annual publication volume of related research were generally on the rise,50 core authors of the Chinese literature,22 core authors of the English literature, the research team was relatively independent, the cross-regional cooperation are fewer;the publication volume was greater than 10 core journals accounted for 70.58%;the keyword analysis showed that the Chinese literature high-frequency keywords have constipation, pediatric diarrhea, pediatric the keyword analysis showed that the high-frequency keywords in Chinese literature were constipation, pediatric diarrhea, pediatric massage, and high-frequency keywords in English literature were massage, constipation, and quality of life;the Chinese keywords formed four representative clusters, and the English keywords formed three representative clusters, and the keyword timeline and emergence analysis showed the research lineage of Zang-fu massage and the hotspot frontiers. [Conclusion] The research fever of Zang-fu massage is increasing, and in the future,we should strengthen the cooperation between research teams, focus on the cross-fertilization between Zang-fu massage and other disciplines, pay attention to the biomechanical research of manipulation and systematic mechanism research, formulate the clinical guidelines for the advantageous kinds of diseases of Zang-fu massage, and promote the sustainable and high-quality development of Zang-fu massage. |
