Abstract
Malignant tumors,as clinically incurable chronic wasting diseases, are mostly treated with surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy in traditional treatment. In recent years, the research on immune regulation of tumor microenvironment has become richer and richer, and has gradually become a new direction of tumor treatment. The immune microenvironment of human tumors has complex components, some of which can even interfere with the surveillance and action of the immune system. Chinese medicine has a holistic view, which regards tumors as systemic diseases, and is not confined to the diagnosis and treatment of tumors within the local scope of the human body, and can effectively alleviate the state of immune suppression through the multifaceted regulation of immune microenvironment. Focusing on the immune cells in the tumor immune microenvironment, the article summarizes the regulatory effects of Sijunzi Decoction and its main active ingredients on the tumor immune microenvironment in the past five years, with a view to providing a theoretical basis for its clinical application in antitumor therapy.
