| Abstract

| [Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Shengxue Tablets combined with high-flux hemodialysis（HFHD） in end-stage renal disease（ESRD） and its impacts on microinflammatory state and renal function indicators. [Methods] A total of 120 ESRD patients admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups：a control group of 60 cases（treated with HFHD）；an observation group of 60 cases（treated with Jianpi Shengxue Tablets combined with HFHD）. The clinical efficacy，microinflammatory state，renal function indicators，nutritional indicators，and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were compared. [Results] The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）. After treatment，nutritional indicators such as hemoglobin（Hb），albumin（Alb），and transferrin（TRF） in both groups increased compared to before treatment，while high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP），interleukin-6（IL-6），tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α），blood urea nitrogen（BUN），uric acid（UA），and serum creatinine（Scr） decreased compared to before treatment，with more significant changes in the observation group（P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）. [Conclusion] The combination of Jianpi Shengxue Tablets and HFHD for ESRD can improve clinical efficacy，microinflammatory state，and renal function indicators，with high safety and clinical value. |
