| Abstract
|
| Insomnia is associated with dysfunction of internal organs and has complex pathogenesis. The disease is always caused by imbalance of the human body. Visceral imbalance can easily lead to mental and spiritual unrest, and then insomnia,so the treatment of insomnia should be to restore the balance of visceral functions. The theory of “pursuing the state of equilibrium” comes from the yin and yang, which has an important guiding significance for the treatment of insomnia. Guided by this theory, this article discusses the close association of insomnia with yin and yang,qi and blood, and its positive effect on the treatment of insomnia by the methods of regulating ascending and descending qi,reconciling qi and blood, and nursing the spleen and stomach, with a view to serving as a reference in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of insomnia. |
