| Abstract
|
| According to the global cancer statistics 2022 report, breast cancer accounted for 11.6% of all new cancer cases among women worldwide in 2022. Postoperative cancer-related fatigue(CRF)is a common complication following breast cancer surgery and significantly impacts patients’quality of life. Improving CRF symptoms has become an urgent scientific and clinical issue. Acupuncture is an important intervention for managing postoperative fatigue in breast cancer patients;however,high-quality clinical evidence remains limited, and no systematic guidelines for acupuncture treatment in this field are currently available. This consensus integrates qualitative and quantitative literature analysis with nationwide expert opinions to recommend the appropriate application and specific methodologies of traditional Chinese medicine techniques, including acupuncture, for CRF management. It aims to standardize clinical practices in the use of traditional Chinese medicine therapies for CRF. |
