| Abstract
|
| [Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of concentrating on the lung-spleen homoeopathic massage techniques in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections with spontaneous sweating symptoms and spontaneous sweating site improvement, as well as the number of recurrent respiratory tract infections and the duration of the disease.[Methods]Eighty-four children with recurrent respiratory tract infections accompanied by spontaneous sweating were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(42 cases)was treated with the massage prescription for pediatric colds in Pediatric Tuina Science after supplementing the spleen and stomach related techniques in diagnostic therapy; the treatment group(42 cases)was treated with acupoints based on the theory of lung and spleen together therapy massage for spontaneous sweating based on the treatment techniques of the control group. Both groups were treated twice a week for 8 weeks. The total effective rate of spontaneous sweating, spontaneous sweating score, spontaneous sweating site, number of recurrent respiratory infections and duration of disease were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.[Results]The effective rate of the treatment group was 91.6%;the effective rate of the control group was 52.6%. The difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups after treatment was significant(P < 0.05). The treatment group after the treatment of spontaneous sweating score generalized sweating symptoms improved significantly, the number of recurrent respiratory tract infections and the course of the disease were both significanty improved after both treatment regimens.[Conclusion]Lung and spleen together treatment massage techniques can improve the symptoms and parts of sweating in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections, and reduce the number of recurrent respiratory tract infections and reduce the duration of respiratory tract infections in children. |
