| Abstract
|
| Diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) is a common complication in diabetic patients. It is difficult to heal the wound, which brings great pain and economic burden to the patients. In recent years, studies have found that hydrogels have good biocompatibility, stable physical and chemical properties and drug-loading function. They can be combined with traditional Chinese medicine and other components to construct multifunctional hydrogels, which have a good application prospect in the field of diabetic foot wound repair. In this paper, the application of multifunctional hydrogels containing traditional Chinese medicine in the repair of diabetic foot wounds was reviewed, and the mechanism of promoting wound healing was discussed, aiming to provide theoretical basis and reference for the development of multifunctional Chinese medicine hydrogels for diabetic foot wound healing. |
