| Abstract
|
| Knee osteoarthritis(KOA) is a disease with high morbidity and disability, often accompanied by biomechanical imbalance of the joint and many clinical symptoms. Exercise therapy can effectively regulate the physiological function of the knee joint, strengthen the soft tissue and muscle strength, slow down the progression of the disease, significantly relieve joint pain and improve joint function. The core of KOA is to reshape the mechanical microenvironment of the knee joint, restore the mechanical balance of the knee joint, accelerate the repair of soft tissues, which is in line with the concept of Chinese medicine, which is to “emphasize the muscles and bones, and regulate the qi and blood”,and to promote the joints to reach the concepts of “correct bones” “soft muscles” and “soft joints”. The ideal homeostatic state of “bone correctness”“tendon softness” and “flesh solidity” can be achieved by the joints. In this paper,we will analyze the application value of exercise therapy in KOA treatment under the theoretical framework of Chinese medicine, with the aim of improving clinical efficacy, alleviating patients’ pain, and opening up a new direction for the non-pharmacological treatment of KOA. |
