Abstract
    Acupuncture has demonstrated significant efficacy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Studies on different acupuncture therapies for KOA have revealed that combined manipulations or integrated treatments are predominantly used in clinical practice. Appropriately prolonging acupuncture duration and increasing treatment frequency can enhance clinical outcomes. However, the lack of uniform stimulation parameters has resulted in the absence of scientifically rigorous quantification and standardization of parameters for acupuncture in KOA treatment,making it difficult to replicate its efficacy and thereby limiting the widespread application of acupuncture therapy. This study investigates the intervention methods,time parameters,and the relationship between syndrome types and dose-effect in acupuncture treatment of KOA. It systematically analyzes the dose-effect relationship between acupuncture stimulation dosage and clinical efficacy,aiming to provide evidence-based support for the establishment of a standardized treatment system and facilitate the standardization and popularization of clinical acupuncture in KOA management.
