| Abstract

| Cancer-realted fatigue(CRF) is one of the most common symptoms of cancer, which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients. Different from ordinary fatigue, patients with CRF cannot effectively relieve the discomfort of the body through rest or sleep. The occurrence of CRF is caused by tumors and changes with the development of tumors. High incidence and hidden disease, rapid onset and difficult to relieve, serious disease and prolonged course of disease are the main characteristics of cancer. At present, the mechanism of CRF has not been clarified. Western medicine has limited means of treatment, while traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in treatment. Based on the theory of "Chuzhuo Peiben", the method of "Fuzheng Jiedu Quyu method" to treat CRF, which has achieved good curative effect. The occurrence of cancer lies in the mutual transformation and mutual influence between the "vacuity" "poison" and "stasis", which runs through the whole process of cancer progression. CRF is mostly caused by the deficiency of healthy qi and the accumulation of evil poison. In the treatment, the main line is to support integrity, the removal of blood stasis is often considered, and detoxification has been achieved in clinical practice. This paper intends to discuss the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment principle of cancer-related fatigue, and analyze medical records to provide reference ideas for the treatment of cancer fatigue. |
