| As a common clinical disease, chronic pharyngitis has stubborn symptoms and is not easy to cure. Professor ZHANG Boli, with years of clinical experience, has achieved notable results in treating chronic pharyngitis. The treatment is closely related to the core pathogenesis of kidney yin and yang bias, qi movement lifting, phlegm and blood stasis. He flexibly uses the methods of guiding fire to origin, regulating qi movement, activating blood and resolving phlegm. Adhering to the principle of seeking the root of disease, analyzing the changes of yin and yang, deficiency and excess, and applying various methods with adaptability. This article summarizes his treatment ideas and prescription methods for chronic pharyngitis, aiming to better understand the clinical thinking of Professor ZHANG Boli. |
