| Abstract
|
| Based on the pathogenic theory of “zhuo”,the article proposes that malignant tumors arise from constitutional deficiency coupled with prolonged exposure to carcinogenic factors, leading to visceral dysfunction, impaired sanjiao qi transformation, and endogenous turbid pathogens. These turbid evils amalgamate with toxins, stasis, and phlegm, eventually evolving into aizhuo that lingers in deficient areas, causing qi stagnation and blood turbidity, ultimately manifesting as malignant neoplasms. Guided by the pathological characteristics of cancerous turbidity and the constitutional deficiency pathogenesis, the treatment principle of “Chuzhuo Peiben” is applied in cancer management. This approach involves disease-stage-specific modulation of “turbidity eradication” and “root reinforcement” throughout the therapeutic course for different malignancies. The strategy centers on “regulating the sanjiao”as the foundational focus, prioritizes “dredging the sanjiao” as the therapeutic pivot, and aims to achieve “qi dynamic harmony” and “sufficient qi-blood” as treatment endpoints. The ultimate goal is to resolve turbidity, restore healthy qi,and reestablish yin yang equilibrium. |
