| Abstract
|
| Ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction is an important factor leading to heart failure and cardiovascular events. As the representative of traditional Chinese medicine,drugs for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis show unique advantages in improving cardiovascular diseases. A variety of traditional Chinese medicine compounds and monomers with the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can reduce myocardial cell injury and promote the recovery of ventricular function by regulating programmed cell death,inhibiting inflammatory reaction,oxidative stress,reducing myocardial fibrosis and promoting angiogenesis,reducing autophagy and pyrosis of myocardial cells. Through the in-depth study on the molecular mechanism of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the intervention of ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction,it was found that it can target multiple molecular pathways,showing high safety and effectiveness,providing a new idea for the treatment of ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction. |
