Abstract
    The clinical manifestation of ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction is the change in the size,shape,and function of the heart following myocardial injury or increased load,which is a major factor determining the incidence of cardiovascular events and long-term prognosis after acute myocardial infarction. The Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway plays an important role in the inflammatory response,myocardial cell fibrosis,and extracellular matrix remodeling associated with ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction. Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills can significantly improve the local tissue microenvironment after myocardial infarction,reduce myocardial inflammatory responses,inhibit myocardial hypertrophy and fibrosis,and slow down ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction,demonstrating unique advantages such as comprehensive regulation and multi-target treatment. Its active components include tanshinone ⅡA,Astragaloside,ginsenoside,etc.,which regulate Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway through multi-target effects,reduce cardiomyocyte apoptosis,reduce oxidative stress,promote angiogenesis and myocardial repair,and improve cardiac function. However,the components of QiShen Yiqi Dropping Pills are complex,and it is necessary to explore in depth how they regulate the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway to improve ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction. Future research should strengthen the study of the effective components of QiShen Yiqi Dropping Pills and conduct more clinical trials and in vitro cell experiments to investigate the underlying mechanisms and targets in greater depth.
