| Abstract
|
| Sepsis is a systemic inflammatory response caused by the invasion of pathogenic organisms such as bacteria into the body, which in turn induces septic shock and multi-organ dysfunction. Cardiac dysfunction is the leading cause of death in patients with sepsis, with a mortality rate of more than 70%. The use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sepsis has the characteristics of multiple targets, multiple pathways, and multiple mechanisms, which can alleviate cardiac dysfunction caused by sepsis by inhibiting inflammatory responses, regulating autophagy, and anti-apoptosis,but its related molecular mechanisms still need to be further explored. This review systematically sorts out the relevant signaling pathways involved in the treatment of cardiac dysfunction caused by sepsis, aiming to provide scientific basis and reference for future research and clinical treatment. |
