目的:采用薄层扫描法测定何首乌中大黄素的含量。方法:用索氏提取法,以氯仿为提取溶剂,展开剂为正己烷-醋酸乙酯-氯仿-甲酸(10:3:3:025),检测波长为440nm。结果:大黄素在0.1~5.0μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率为105.73%,RSD为2.43%,斑点颜色在4h内基本稳定。结论:本法为控制何首乌的内在质量提供了依据。 |

Content Analysis of Emodin in Radix Polygoni Multiflori |

Objective: To analyze the content of emodin in Radix Polygoni Multiflori by thin-layer scanning. Methods: Emodin was distilled with Soxhlet extraction process, using CHCl3 as liquor, Skellysolve B-ethyl acetate-CHCl3-HCOOH (10: 3: 3: 0.25) as developer and detecting wavelength 440nm. Results: The linearity of emodin was fine in 0.1~5.0μg(r=0.9995), average recovery rate 105.73%, RSD 2.43%, color dot stable for 4 hours. Conclusion: The method had laid the foundation for the control of the inherent quality in Radix Polygoni Multiflori. |
