清肺抑火片的质控方法研究

摘要:

目的:研究清肺抑火片的质控方法。方法:采用HPLC测定清肺抑火片中黄芩苷的含量,TLC对大黄、栀子进行定性鉴别。结果:HPLC方法用ODS柱,以甲醇-水-磷酸(50:60:0.2)为流动相,对清肺抑火片中黄芩苷的含量进行测定,平均回收率101.2%,RSD=1.58%;TLC定性鉴别图谱清晰,重现性好。结论:本方法简便可行,专属性强,能够有效控制该制剂的质量。

Abstract:

Objective: To study the quality control of Qingfei Yihuo Tablet. Methods: The main ingredients in this tablet were Huangqin glucoside, Dahuang and Zhizi. The content of Huangqin glucoside was examined with HPLC using ODS column, and methanol-water-phosphoric acid (50:60:0.2) as mobile phase. Dahuang and Zhizi were differentiated qualitatively with TLC. Results: The mean recovery rate was 101.2% and RSD 1.58% with HPLC. Clear atlas of qualitative differentiation and good reappearance were obtained with TLC. Conclusion: This method is convenient, practicable and has well specialty. So the quality can be controlled effectively.
