| 目的:观察痛风冲剂治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效及药效研究。方法:临床研究将100例患者随机分成两组,治疗组 (痛风冲剂)100例,对照组 (秋水仙碱)50例,观察治疗后的临床疗效;实验研究主要进行药效学研究,包括镇痛试验及抗炎试验 (另行报道).结果:治疗组总有效率达95%;对照组总有效率94%,两组比较无显着性差异 (P>0.05);动物实验结果表明,痛风冲剂能明显减少小鼠扭体反应次数,且能明显提高小鼠痛阈值,与生理盐水组比较,有显着性差异 (P<0.05).结论:痛风冲剂治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效确定,且无明显副作用。 |

| Objective: To investigate clinical and pharmacodynamic effect of Gouty Granule on acute gouty arthritis. Methods: In clinical investigation, 150 patients were randomly divided into colchicine control group (n=50) and gout granule treatment group (n=100) and clinical therapeutic effect was observed after treating. In the experiment, pharmacologic effect of gout granule, as the main index, including analgesia and anti-inflammation action was investigated (not shown here). Results: The total effective rate in treatment group and control group were 95% and 94% respectively without obvious difference between them (P>0.05).The results of animal experiment indicated that gout granule could obviously reduce the number of mice torsion reaction and raise the pain threshold of mice. Compared with NS group, there was an obvious difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Gout Granule has definite effect on treating acute gouty arthritis with no obvious side effects. |
