摘要:

目的:观察中药对结缔组织疾病 (CTD)免疫异常的调节作用。方法:选择28例CTD患者分成中药治疗组、泼尼松组,分别于服药前后抽血,测定免疫功能。结果:中药组治疗后免疫球蛋白下降,补体C₃上升,T细胞亚群下降。治疗前后统计学处理有非常显着性差异 (P<0.01),泼尼松组治疗后免疫功能各项无明显变化,经统计学处理无显着性差异 (P>0.05).结论:中药对CTD免疫功能异常有调节作用。

Abstract:

Objective: To observe the regulating effect on dysimmunity of CTD.Methods: 28 cases were divided into two groups: the treatment group with Chinese herbs and the control group with Prednisone. Blood samples of all the patients were collected before and after treatment in order to examine the immunologic function.Results: In the treatment group, immunoglobulin (Ig) and subpopulation of thymocyte were reduced, while complement 3 (C₃) was elevated. There was an obvious difference before and after treatment in this group (P<0.01).There was no change in immunologic function and no obvious difference (P>0.05) compared with those in control group.Conclusion: Chinese herbs have regulating effect on dysimmunity of CTD.
