目的: 观察功血宁I号冲剂对止血作用的影响。方法: 以昆明种小鼠和Wistar大鼠为研究对象,将动物分为功血宁I号冲剂大、小剂量组,阳性对照组和空白对照组4组,测定小鼠出、凝血时间,测定大鼠凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、组织型纤溶酶原激活性(t_PA)及其抑制剂(PAI)活性,以及大鼠血小板聚集性。结果: 功血宁I号冲剂能够显著缩短出、凝血时间、PT和APTT,明显抑制t_PA活性而提高PAI活性,并能显著提高血小板聚集性。结论: 功血宁I号冲剂通过激活内源性和外源性途径的多种凝血因子而促进凝血过程中的凝血酶原和凝血活酶的生成,抑制纤维蛋白溶解活性以及提高血小板聚集性等作用,是其促凝血和止血的重要机理。 |

Influence of Gongxuening Ⅰon Hemostatic Mechanism |

Abstract: |
Objective: To observe the influence of Gongxuening Ⅰon hemostatic mechanism. Methods: Kunming mice and wistar rats were used. All experimental animals were divided into high dosage treatment group, low dosage treatment group, positive control group and blank control group. The bleeding and coagulation time of mice was tested. The rat’s prothrombin time (PT), activating partial thrombin time (APTT), tissue-profibrinolytic activity and inhibitor (t-PA, t-PI) and paletet aggregation was also tested.Results: Gongxuening Ⅰcould markedly shorten the bleeding time, coagulation time, PT and APTT. It also could enhance PAI activity by inhibiting t-PA activity and elevate platelet aggregation. Conclusion: Gongxuening Ⅰcould help to produce prothrombin and thrombin, to inhibit t-PA and promote platelet aggregation by activating both endogenous and exogenous blood coagulation factor. This may be its mechanism of coagulation and hemostasis. |
