| 目的: 观察口疮宁颗粒对实验家兔免疫性口腔溃疡的疗效,并研究其作用机制。方法: 采用家兔口腔粘膜加弗氏佐剂制备抗原诱导动物产生口腔粘膜损害的方法,将全部家兔随机分为5组: 空白对照组、模型对照组、牛黄解毒片组、口疮宁低剂量组、口疮宁高剂量组。各组于实验的第7d开始灌胃观察口腔溃疡的发生率。结果: 牛黄解毒片组及口疮宁低剂量组与模型组口腔溃疡发病率比较均达到P<0.05,而口疮宁高剂量组与模型组比较P<0.01。结论: 口疮宁颗粒能显著减轻实验家兔免疫性口腔溃疡的发生率,提示该药对此类病因引发的口疮有很好的治疗作用。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Kouchuangning Granule on experimental immune stomatocace in rabbits. Methods: The model was induced by Freund’s adjuvant. There were 5 groups: blank group (1 group), model group (2 group), Niuhuang Jiedu Pian group (3 group), low dosage treament group (4 group), high dosage treatment group (5 group). Gastric administration medicine was started 7 weeks after modeling in each group and the occurrance of stomatocace was observed.Results: There was an obvious difference of occurrence between 3,4 group and 2 group (P<0.05), while comparison between 5 group and 2 group reaching P<0.01. Conclusion: Kouqiangning Granule can lower the occurrence of immune stomatocace in rabbits markedly. So this medicine has a good effect on this disease. |
