| 目的:采用HPLC法建立猪胆汁膏猪去氧胆酸的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱YWGLC18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,10μm),流动相:甲醇-水(80:20),流速:1.0mL/min,示差折光检测器。结果:平均加样回收率为98.83%,RSD=0.81%(n=6),线性范围10～100μg,r=0.9996。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确,可用于猪胆汁膏的质量控制方法。 |

| Objective: To establish the method for determine the deoxycholic acid in porcine bile paste by HPLC. Method: YWGL C18 chromatographic column (4.6mm×250mm, 10μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water (18:20) with flow rate 1.0 mL per min. Result: The average sample recovery rate was 98.83%. RSD=0.81% (n=6). The linear range was 10-100 μg with α=0.9996. Conclusion: This is a method for quality control of porcine bile paste with simple manipulation and accurate result. |
