目的:观察小儿退热颗粒的提取工艺,以确定最佳提取工艺。方法:以黄芩苷、栀子苷的含量为指标,采用正交设计方法优选小儿退热颗粒的提取工艺,同时以巴豆油致小鼠耳肿实验结果为参照。结果:确定了以14倍水煎,2h,分两次提取的最佳提取工艺。结论:采用正交设计和药效学考察的方法,优化提取工艺是可行的。 |

Objective: To study the optimization of the extraction technique of XTG. Method: The content of baicalin and jasminoidin was adoptedas the indexes.The method of orthogonaldesign was chosen.And it was compared with there sult of swilling experiment of mice ear due to crotonoil. Result: The best extraction technique was using decoction in 14 times water and extraction for 2 hours and twice. Conclusion: It is passable to optimize the extraction by using the method of orthogonal design and pharmacodynamics. |
