| [目的]对市售的不同产地降香药材进行指纹图谱研究,并且对市售的两种含有降香药材的注射液进行指纹图谱的分析。[方法]用气相色谱法建立降香药材的指纹图谱,并分析两种相关注射液的降香指纹图谱。[结果]从降香药材,250mL注射剂“香丹注射液”、小针剂“香丹注射液”建立的指纹图谱可以看出,降香药材与降香芳香水为原料制得的市售注射液之间具有较好的相关性。[结论]不同产地的降香药材的指纹图谱有较大的差别,可用建立的实验方法控制相关注射液的产品质量。 |

| [Objective] To research the fingerprints of Jiangxiang harvested form different places and two kinds of injections containing Jiangxiang.[Methods] The fingerprints were established by using gas chromatography.[Results] Xiangdan Injection (250 mL) had a good correlation with the injection made with Jiangxiang.[Conclusion] The fingerprints of Jiangxiang from different places has a difference from each other. Experimental method can be used to control the quality of its injections. |
