| [目的]检测肾病综合征高粘滞血症及高凝状态指标,并对中药肾白消胶囊的治疗作用进行临床及实验室评价。[方法]测定肾病综合征患儿治疗前后血浆粘度、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、尿蛋白,并进行对比。[结果]血浆粘度增高者,APTT明显缩短,肾白消胶囊治疗后,治疗组APTT较正常组明显延长,而对照组改变不明显。治疗组血浆粘度恢复天数、尿蛋白消失及水肿消失天数明显短于对照组,且无出血副作用。[结论]肾病综合征高粘滞血症者均存在高凝状态。中药肾白消胶囊治疗安全有效。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To evaluate the effect of Shenbaixiao Capsule clinically and experimentally. [Method] Plasma viscos-ity,APTT,and urinary protein were detected and compared before and after treatment. [Result] In cases with high plasma viscosity,APTT was shortened markedly.APTT in treatment group was longer than that in normal control group but there was no obvious effect in control group.The recovery time of plasma viscosity,disappearance time of urinary protein and edema in treatment group was shorter than that in control group without causing bleeding. [Conclusion] There is hyperco-agulability in patients with hypervisicosity of nephritic syndrome.Shenbaixiao Capsule is safe and effective. |
