| 摘要: |
| [目的]探讨以针灸为主,辅以心理治疗抑郁发作的疗效。[方法]68例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予以针灸治疗,并辅以心理疗法,对照组只予针灸治疗。[结果]治疗组显效率19.44%,有效率72.22%,总有效率为91.76%;对照组显效率6.25%,有效率65.63%,总有效率为68.75%.经χ2检验,P<0.05,具有显着性差异。两组症状积分疗前疗后比较均P<0.01,有显着性差异。[结论]针灸与心理疗法综合治疗抑郁发作疗效显着。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To study the therapeutic effect of depression attack with using acupuncture supplementary by psy-chotherapy. [Method] Sixty-eight cases were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.Acupuncture ther-apy was given to all patients,while psychotherapy given to treatment group only. [Result] The total effective rate were91.76%and68.75%in treatment group and control group respectively,and there was an obvious difference between them,(P<0.05).The symptom scores in each group also had a marked difference before and after treatment,(P<0.01). [Conclusion] The combination of acupuncture and psychotherapy has an obvious effect on the attack of depression. |
