| [目的]建立反相高效液相色谱法测定健胃合剂中芍药苷的含量。[方法]采用Irregular-HC18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(40:60),检测波长为230nm,流速0.9mL/min。[结果]芍药苷在上述色谱条件下,分离效果理想,进样量在0.46～2.76μg范围内线性关系良好。[结论]实验方法简便、准确、可靠、重现性好,可作为健胃合剂的含量测定方法。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To detect the content of paeoniarnia glucoside in Jianwei Mixture by RP-HPLC. [Method] Irregular-H C18 chromatographic column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water(40:60) with detective wave 230nm and flow rate 0.9mL/min. [Result] The separation was well with the linear range in 0.46～2.76μg. [Conclusion] This method is simple,accurate,and reliable and has good producibility for detecting the content of paeoniarnia glucoside in Jianwei Mixture. |
