摘要:

气血在络脉的流注有明显的特点,包括双向流动和满溢贯注。双向流动是络脉完成其重要生理功能的前提之一,除与络气有关外,与脏腑经脉之气关系密切。满溢贯注是指络脉流注的正常状态和前提。

Abstract:

Flowing and pouring of qi and blood in collaterals had obvious characteristics, including bi-directional flowing and overflowing perfusion. Bi-directional flowing was one of the presuppositions by which the collaterals could perform their important biologic function. It was closely associated with qi of Zangfu and channels besides qi of collaterals. Pouring due to overflowing was referred to normal status and presupposition of qi and blood flowing and pouring in the collaterals.
