强心冲剂对充血性心力衰竭大鼠神经内分泌水平的影响

摘要:
[目的]探讨强心冲剂对充血性心力衰竭神经内分泌水平的影响。[方法]70只Wistar大鼠(二级),参照胡婉英等大鼠腹主动脉缩窄法制作慢性心衰动物模型,并根据实验要求加以改良。以卡托普利和生脉饮为对照药,并设立心衰模型组和空白对照组,观察其治疗前后的血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)的水平。[结论]强心冲剂能抑制肾素-血管紧张素活性、改善心功能,从而改善充血性心力衰竭的临床症状,降低死亡率。

Abstract:
[Objective] To investigate the influence of Qiangxin Chongji on neuroendocrine level in rats with congestive heart failure (CHF). [Methods] Seventy CHF models were made in wistar rats according to the modified method by constriction of abdominal aorta. Captopril and Shengmaiyin (a patent Chinese medicine) were used as konwn drug. There still were model group and blank group. AngiotensinⅡ(AⅡ) was detected before and after treatment. Qiangxin Chongji could inhibit the activity of renin-angiotensin, improve heart function and thus ammeliorate clinical symptoms in CHF and decrease death rate. [Conclusion] Qiangxin Chongji have influence on neuroendocrine in rats with CHF.
