快速老化SAMP10小鼠脑细胞端粒增龄性变化

摘要:
[目的]研究快速老化SAMP10小鼠脑细胞端粒的增龄性变化。[方法]以快速老化模型小白鼠SAMP10为脑老化动物模型,采用Southern杂交方法,测定了不同月龄SAMR1和SAMP10小鼠脑细胞端粒的变化情况。[结果]SAM的细胞端粒长度在17~25kb之间,SAMP10小鼠脑细胞端粒具有随增龄而减少的趋势。[结论]从SAMR1和SAMP10小鼠脑细胞端粒的变化来看,细胞端粒缩短与老化存在着显著的相关性。

Abstract:
[Objective] To study the age-related changes in telomere of brain cell of mice with brain aging animal.[Methods] SAMP10 was taken as as brain aging animal model. The Southern hybridization was used to measure the changes in telmere of brain cell in different month-age between SAMR1 and SAMP10.[Results] The length of telomere in SAM was 17~25 kb and there was a decreasing trend in brain cell telomere of SAMP 10 while aging.[Conclusion] The contraction of cell telomere has a marked correlation to senile.
