半夏泻心汤对慢性胃炎合并幽门螺杆菌感染大鼠SOD、MDA的影响

摘要:

[目的]探讨半夏泻心汤治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的作用机制。[方法]在复制大鼠慢性胃炎的基础上,使其感染幽门螺杆菌,分别给予辛开剂、苦降剂、辛开苦降剂、半夏泻心汤,同时设正常对照组和西药(“三联”)对照组,测定各组大鼠血清及胃粘膜超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。[结果]各治疗组血清SOD均有所升高,其中三联组、苦降组、半夏小剂量组(半小组)差异显著(P<0.05)。半夏大剂量组(半大组)差异非常显著(P<0.01);半小组、半大组胃粘膜SOD升高显著(P<0.05,P<0.01)。各治疗组血清MDA均有所下降,其中苦降组、辛开苦降组、半大组差异显著(P<0.05);各治疗组胃粘膜MDA亦有下降,其中辛开组、苦降组、辛开苦降组、半小组差异显著(P<0.05);半大组差异非常显著(P<0.01)。[结论]半夏泻心汤可增强SOD活力,减轻或阻断组织的脂质过氧化反应,从而减少自由基对胃粘膜的损伤。

Abstract:

[Objective] To explore the mechanism of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on gastritis due to Hp.[Methods] The model was making by made the rats with chronic gastritis infect Hp. Xinkai Decoction, Kujiang Decoction, Xinkai Kujiang Decoction, Banxia Xiexin Decoction were given separately. The normal group and the control group of western medicine were also established simultaneously. The contents of SOD and MDA in serum and gastric mucosa in each group were detected.[Results] Serum SOD in each group was higher than control group of western medicine enhanced with significant difference (P<0.05). Kujiang Decoction group and Banxia Xiexin Decoction group of small dosage had significant effect and obvious difference was found (P<0.01) in Banxia Xiexin Decoction group of lager dosage. The gastric SOD in two Banxia Xiexin Decoction groups are also elevated(P<0.05, P<0.01).The serum MDA was decreased in Xinkai Decoction, Kujiang Decoction, Xinkai and Kujiang Decoction, and Banxia Xiexin Decoction group of small dosage(P<0.05) and in Banxia Xiexin Decoction group of large dosage (P<0.01).[Conclusion] Banxia Decoction can decrease the injury of gastric mucosa induced by free oxygen radical by improving the activity of SOD and decreasing or blocking lipid peraxidation.
