| [目的]研究严重急性呼吸综合症(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome,SARS)患者的舌苔变化与病程、病情的相互关系。[方法]观察、记录92例确诊SARS患者不同阶段的舌苔变化,并分析其与年龄、病程、病情、激素用量等关系。[结果]SARS病人以腻苔为主,腻苔为本病的主要舌象。早期出现腻苔,易发展为重型,腻苔越明显,病程越长,激素用量较大,预后较差。[结论]观察SARS患者的舌苔变化对于判断病情变化,指导中药治疗以及激素使用有一定意义。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To research the relationship to the SARS patients between the change of tongue fur and the course and/or the condition of diseases. [Methods] The change of tongue fur at different phases of 92 cases of the SARS patients was observed and recorded.The interrelation among the age, the course and the state of diseases and the dosage of steroid hormone was analyzed.[Results] The main symptom for the SARS patients was the greasy fur. It was easy to progress into serious conditions if the greasy tongue fur appeared in the forepart of the course of disease. The clearer the greasy appeared the longer the course of disease was, the more the dosage of steroid hormone was, and the worse the prognosis of the disease was.[Conclusion] Observing changes of tongue fur has a significance for determinating changes of patients condition,directing TCM treatment and hormone uses. |
