肺一丸对肺癌血管生成及转移影响的实验研究

摘要:
[目的]证实中药肺一丸抑制肺癌血管生成和抗转移的作用。[方法]1)采用鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)模型,将含有肺一丸提取液的载体置于7d胚龄的CAM上,作用48h观察抑制血管生成情况,并予氢化可的松相比较。2)采用家兔角膜移植肿瘤模型观察肺一丸对肿瘤血管生成抑制作用。3)采用LA795肺腺癌皮下接种T739小鼠模型,灌胃给药法及局部给药法,观察中药肺一丸对肿瘤血管生成及肺转移的抑制作用。[结果]肺一丸能够使CAM及家兔角膜移植瘤的血管生成明显减少甚至消失。抑制荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长,抑瘤率为49.6%,降低血管密度,肺转移抑制率为60%。[结论]中药复方肺一丸能够抑制CAM、家兔角膜移植瘤及肺腺癌移植瘤的血管生成,并具有抗肿瘤转移作用。提示肺一丸能够通过抑制肿瘤血管生成起到抑制肿瘤生长、抗转移作用。

Experimental research about the effect of Feiyi Wan on angiogenesis and metastasis in patients with lung cancer transfer

Abstract:
[Objective] To confirm that FeiYi Wan is able to suppress the generation of blood vessel and cancer metastasis.[Methods] 1) Adopting the model of CAM,put the carrier containing abstracted liquid of Feiyi Wan into CAM cultivated for 7 d. After 48 h, observe the condition of angiogenesis and compare it with group using hydrocortisone. 2) Adopt the model of rabbit cornea transfplanted tumor observe the effect of Feiyi Wan in angiogeneisis. 3) Adopt T739 model of subcutaneous inoculated tumor from LA795 lung adenocarcino in mice to observe the effect of FeiyiWan in suppressing the generation of blood vessel and the metastasis of lung cancer.[Results] Feiyi Wan can reduce obviously, even dissolve, the generation of blood vessolve in CAM and rabbit cornea transferplanted adenocarcino. Feiyi Wan can suppress the growth of the tumor. The ratio of suppressing tumor is 49.6%. It can low the density of blood vessel, the ratio to suppress the transfer of lung cancer is 60%.[Conclusion] Feiyi Wan can suppress the generation of blood vessel from in CAM and rabbit cornea transplanted tumor and transplanted adenocarcino tumor.At the same time, Feiyi Wan also can resist the metastasis of tumor. This research show that Feiyi Wan can suppress the growth and of tumor based on reduce the generation of blood.
