| 摘要: |
| [目的]观察清解活血灵对体外培养的腹腔巨噬细胞(MΦ)分泌肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)的影响。[方法]用预先确定的浓度的细菌脂多糖(LPS)刺激腹腔巨噬细胞分泌TNFα,然后加入中药清解活血灵观察其对TNFα产生的影响,TNFα活性用四甲基偶氮唑(MTT)法检测。[结果]不同浓度的中药清解活血灵对LPS刺激MΦ分泌TNFα有明显得抑制作用,在给药后不同时间点,与单纯LPS组相比中药组TNFα活性明显下降(P<0.05),[结论]中药清解活血灵能有效抑制LPS刺激MΦ对TNFα的分泌。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To observe the influence of Qingjie Huoueling Prescription(QHP)on TNFα secreted by abdominal stimulated MΦ cultured in vitro.[Methods] TNFα was secreted by abdominal MΦ which stimulated by selected LPS.Then the influence of QHP on TNFα was observed.The activity of TNFα was detected by MTT.[Results] QHP with different concentration could inhibit the secretion The activiby of TNFα in QHP Group was lower than that in LPS group of different time points after treatment.[Conclusion] QHP can inhibit MΦ secreting TNFα induced by LPS. |
