活血化瘀注射液I号对大鼠脑微循环的影响

摘要:
[目的]测定活血化瘀注射液I号(HHI-I)静脉输入对大鼠软脑膜及脑实质微循环的影响。[方法]健康Ⅱ级Wistar大鼠40只,分为4组,每组10只。实验时将大鼠以10%乌拉坦腹腔注射麻醉(0.01mL/g体质量),头顶部矢状缝两侧钻孔后分别置入激光多普勒微循环电极,测定软脑膜及脑实质血流。血流稳定后于各组分别输入静脉生理盐水(对照组)和低、中、高剂量HHI-I(1.5%,3%及6%,2mL/h)。观察两部位微循环血流变化1h。[结果]生理盐水无影响,3种剂量HHI-I均可增加两部血流,以高剂量作用最明显。[结论]HHI-I静脉输入可增加大鼠软脑膜及脑实质微循环血流。

Abstract:
[Objective] To observe the effect of Huoxue Huayu I(HHI-I)on the cerebral blood flow in rats.[Methods] Forty healthy Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups randomly. Measure microcirculation both in brain pial and parenchyma with Laser Doppler Flowmetry(LDF).[Results] Intravenous infusion of saline had no effect on blood flow in both sites. Infusion of HHI-I,however, could markedly increase microcirculation in these two sites with the most obvious effect of high dosage of HHI-I.[Conclusion] HHI-I can significantly improve brain microcirculation of rats.
