从中医对热病的认识看SARS患者治疗之得失

摘要:

通过观察SARS恢复期的各种临床表现,结合中医对外感热病的认识,提出SARS患者疾病早期要宣散清透,喘脱期仍要注意疏利,恢复期不可一味补益,要注意调畅气机。

Abstract:

By observing various clinical manifestations of SARS patients during recovery phase and integrating the understanding on febrile diseases of TCM,it was indicated that therapy of dispelling and dispersing, cooling and relieving should chosen during early phase of disease, therapy of dredging and smoothing should be paid attention to during depletion and dyspnea phase,therapy of replenishing and strengthening during recovery phase should not be used,but utmost care must be exercised to regulate and unblock qi-activity.
