摘要:

乌梅丸出自《伤寒论》厥阴病篇,其为历代医家推崇的关键在于紧扣病机,方证对应,组方合理,配伍精当。本文从酸辛苦甘,刚柔相济;清上温下,攻补兼施;辛开苦降,土木两调3个方面讨论了乌梅丸按照气味配伍组方的特点。

Abstract:

Fructus Mume Pill was noticed initially in the chapter of Jueyin Disease in Treatise on Febrile Disease, which was held in esteem by doctors of successive dynasties. The key reasons lie in closely catching the pathogenesis, prescriptions corresponding to syndromes, reasonably making up prescription and precisely and appropriately prescripting. The peculiarity of making up a prescription according to the theory of properties and tastes of Fructus Mume Pill was discussed from three aspects; 1) with the character of sourness, acridness, bitterness and sweetness, hard stems and soft stems could be supplemented each other; 2)cooling up-energizer and warming down-energizer, purging and tonifying therapy were used simultaneously; 3)relieving superficies with acridness and expelling internal heat with bitterness both spleen and liver were coordinated.
