| [目的]观察肠安胶囊对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠免疫机制的影响,探讨其作用机制。[方法]采用免疫加局部刺激的方法造模形成实验性大鼠溃疡性结肠炎,检测用药后各组大鼠血清免疫球蛋白 (IgG、IgA)、循环免疫复合物(CIC)、白介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量。[结果]实验性溃疡性结肠炎大鼠血清IgG、CIC含量增加,IL-2、TNF-α水平也存在异常。经过肠安胶囊治疗,上述指标均有明显改善。[结论]肠安胶囊能够抑制IgG合成,清除CIC,抑制TNF-α产生,调控IL-2水平。 |

| [Objective] To observe the effect of Changan capsule on immune mechanism in rats with ulcerative colitis,and to explore its mechanism of action.[Methods] Modle rats were established by the methods of immune and local stimulation, and the content of serum immunoglobulin G, immunoglobulin A, (IgG, IgA), circulatory immunocomplex(CIC), interleukin-2(IL-2), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) of each group were detected after the treatment.[Results] The content of serum IgG and CIC increased in experimental rats, the level of IL-2 and TNF-α remained abnormal. The above indexes all had obvious improvement after the treatment.[Conclusion] Changan capsule can inhibit the synthesis of IgG, clear CIC, inhibit the yields of TNF-α,and regulate the level of IL-2. |
