| 摘要: |
| [目的]观察葛根素注射液对高血压患者(肝阳上亢证)的血压及临床症状的疗效。[方法]50例患者采用葛根素注射液300mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液或生理盐水250mL中,静脉点滴,1次/d,疗程两周。[结果]该药物对高血压病有明显的疗效,并对患者的临床证候有较好的治疗效果。总有效率为84.00%,治疗前后有明显的统计学意义。[结论]葛根素注射液是治疗高血压病的有效药物。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Puerarin injection on high blood pressure and clinical symptoms of hypertension patients(hyperactivity of liver yang).[Methods] Fifty cases were given Puerarin injection 300 mg added in 250 mL 5% glucose or saline,intravenously,once a day for two weeks.[Results] Puerarin injection showed obvious therapeutic effect on hypertension and could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients. The total effective rate was 84.0% with statistical significance before and after treatment. [Conclusion] Puerarin injection is an effective drug for treatment of hypertension. |
