益气活血法为主治疗SARS恢复期15例疗效分析

摘要:

[目的]观察益气活血法为主治疗SARS恢复期的临床效果。[方法]选择来源于天津市传染病医院、天津市海河医院的出院患者,共15例。依据中医理论辨证分型治疗:气虚血瘀型治宜益气活血法,气虚血瘀兼肾虚型治宜益气活血、滋补肝肾法,气虚血瘀兼风痰阻络型治以益气活血、祛风通络法,气虚血瘀兼肝郁型治以益气活血、疏肝理气法。[结果]全部病例治疗后临床症状、肺功能及胸片均明显改善。[结论]益气活血法为主治疗SARS恢复期患者具有一定的疗效。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation in SARS patients in convalescent period.[Methods] Fifteen SARS patients hospitalized in Tianjin Infectious Hospital and discharged from Tianjin Haihe hospital were selected.Based on therapy with syndrome differentiation in TCM.The therapeatic method includes:1)supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis; 2)supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation,nourishing liver and kidney in qi deficiency and blood stasis associated with kidney deficiency; 3)supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation, eliminating wind and activating collaterals in qi deficiency and blood stasis added with phlegm blocking collaterals; 4)supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation,dispersing stagnated hepatopi in qi deficiency and blood stasis associated with hepatic stagration.[Results] After treatment,the clinical symptom,the function of lung and the X-rays of chest are all improved evidently.[Conclusion] There is a good therapeutic effect of supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation on SARS patients at recovery stage.
